Great Food and Friendly Service at Jungle Joy Jungle Joy in Albir offers excellent Thai cuisine at good value for money. We thoroughly enjoyed the dishes we chose (Tom Kha, green curry, and Pad Kra Pao), all of which were delicious and flavourful. The young waitress was friendly and did a wonderful job serving us, almost on her own, making us feel welcome and well taken care of. While the food truly stands out, the restaurant itself could use some renovation. The chairs are well-worn and some are uncomfortable, and the men's bathroom urinal has been broken for what seems like forever without repair. It’s a shame that these issues detract from an otherwise great dining experience. The owner should consider investing in the premises, as the current state suggests it might decline further, which would be unfortunate. Also, I noticed a cat asleep on one of the empty chairs at a vacant table., which is not ideal in a restaurant setting, though, as an animal lover, I understand the charm it might add for some. Overall, Jungle Joy is a worthwhile visit for the excellent food and friendly service, but some improvements in the ambiance and facilities are needed to elevate it to the next level or simply keep the regular customers happy to keep coming.

We love eating out and finding new places, and we're very impressed wirht this place and really liked for many reasons: 1. The food is home made and freshly done. 2. The concept and relaxed atmosphere, "Thaipas" for instance... We love them all, specially the croquetas (yummy you should try them) 3.Is our favourite food, and of course we loved their Pad Thai 4.The kindness and welcomeness of the owners, they're a great pair and make you feel like at home. 5. They also do take away in case you just want to sit at home or elsewhere to enjoy their food 6. Prices are very good value for money, and the portions are generous, I eat a lot so definitely happy for that! ;) 7.Can always just grab a drink I definitely recommend it! We're now regulars.
